Parent 360 is a parenting platform designed here, with local healthcare professionals. It supports parents of children aged 0 to 12 through the real-life questions of everyday life: sleep, nutrition, development, health.
It features several complementary resources. A library of content validated by pediatricians. A moderated community, the Village, for judgment-free exchanges. Masterclasses and a podcast to go further. And at the centre of it all, an assistant who answers at any hour: Ely.
Ely is not just another chatbot

Ely is an intelligent assistant designed specifically for parents. When you ask it a question, it doesn’t search for an answer randomly on the web. It draws from a database of over 3,500 sources built and validated by pediatricians and healthcare professionals from Quebec and Canada.
In practice, it changes everything. Where a general-purpose tool like ChatGPT generates an answer based on probabilities, sometimes plausible, sometimes completely made up, Ely relies on verified and traceable content. Each answer is based on real sources, tailored to your child’s age and context, not on an average of opinions found online. You get fact-based information that you can consult, rather than an answer out of thin air.
Ely does not replace your doctor
It’s important to say this clearly. Ely does not make diagnoses or give medical advice. Its role is to offer you solid benchmarks to better understand, make better decisions, and, above all, feel more confident. When a situation requires a professional’s opinion, Ely guides you instead of playing doctor.

The content it relies on is built and validated by a team of pediatricians, including Dr. Élissa Champoux-Ouellet and Dr. Marie-Hélène Maisonneuve, by emergency physician Dr. Massimiliano Iseppon, and by more than 20 expert collaborators across all regions of Quebec.

Parent 360 was born out of a very real need, that of Myriam Désourdy, its founder, who was also looking for clear answers while her baby slept. Parenting is already demanding enough. Finding reliable information shouldn’t be as hard.
